How does it work?

The entrepreneur founded his online profile, filed all required information (balance sheet, business plan, market research, team, etc.) The investor interested only has to click on "invest", choose the number of shares it wishes to acquire and pay online. The funds are recorded until the capital increase is validated. Anything legal process carried out by our care is completely dematerialized and secured by a law firm partner.

2) Avot Media Inc

Avot mV is a unique video search and discovery solution for mobile phone users to watch videos from YouTube, DailyMotion, Google Videos and lot more web videos from various internet sharing sites..

• Easy to use solution, letting users watch what they want by searching, discovering and choosing out of billions of videos from web, whether it is user-generated content, tech shows, comedy or sports clips.
• The solution lets user organize the web videos in the playlist and watch them on the go. The user can create/add unlimited number of playlists and manage videos on the mobile device. iwasthere was created to become the standard rating for artist's live shows. Some artists put on amazing shows while some put on bore fests.

Before iwasthere there was no way to know. Often times a live concert is more important than the latest album. If all the songs are great but the shows are boring what's the point of wasting money on a ticket. iwasthere is your source for information straight from the community of fans and music lovers.

It is a tool to find new bands, meet friends that go to the same concerts, and share your experiences. After a great concert you want to relive the moment. Go back, rate the concert, upload your photos and interact with the community! iwasthere was born out of the idea that online everything is rated. Why not bands? We have all seen bands that are just going through the motions and hopefully all of us have been to shows where for the following week that's all we talked about! By rating a concert it puts pressure on the artists to perform at their highest level which in turn makes a great experience for the audience!
