KOEOS is a French - Israel startup dealing in a unique field of investors - entrepreneurs relationships.
How does it work?
The entrepreneur founded his online profile, filed all required information (balance sheet, business plan, market research, team, etc.)
The investor interested only has to click on “invest”, choose the number of shares it wishes to acquire and pay online. The funds are recorded until the capital increase is validated. Anything legal process carried out by our care is completely dematerialized and secured by a law firm partner.
2) Avot Media Inc
Avot mV is a unique video search and discovery solution for mobile phone users to watch videos from YouTube, DailyMotion, Google Videos and lot more web videos from various internet sharing sites..
